Agendas for future meetings, and minutes of meetings from 2020 onwards are available here. Copies of older minutes are available on request from the Clerk.
MINUTES & AGENDAS
Without further legislation in place for Parish Councils to continue to meet remotely, we are being asked to return to face to face meetings. A risk assessment has been completed by the Parish Council and we would ask members of the public to observe the following so that we can all meet safely;
No more than 30 Members of the Public will be able to attend.
Attendees will be asked to provide their contact details on entering the meeting room as per NHS Track and Trace.
SOCIAL DISTANCING must be maintained at all times.
FACE MASKS must be worn at all times (except for those who are exempt).
HAND SANITISER will be available for use on entering and exiting the Village Hall.
Paper copies of agenda/minutes WILL NOT be available in the Village Hall, so please make provision for this if required.
Written representations on issues will be accepted at this time, in order to avoid attending in person.
Steps to address agenda items through measures such as delegation to clerk, deferring decisions or holding meetings later in the year, after the 21 June may be taken in order to keep meeting times as short as possible.
19th May 2021 Annual Parish Meeting | Norfolk County Council Annual Report |
Agendas are published the week before a Monday meeting, both here and on the village noticeboard.
They are then replaced by the minutes of the meeting which are available to read between one to two weeks after a council meeting. Minutes are initially published in draft form before being approved at the next council meeting.
